Consultation: Every new guest will receive a consultation prior to your treatment to ensure our therapist identify individual needs and requirements, enabling the delivery of the appropriate treatment and experience for you.
Cancellation of appointments: To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking your services with us is a non-refundable booking fee. In the event that you cancel your appointment within 24hours of your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your booking fee will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 24hrs prior to your appointed time, then the whole or part of the booking fee may be refunded at our discretion. Unused booking fees cannot be credited to other bookings.
We ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your to your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind and fill in your consultation card. We do apologise if we are running behind schedule, we will try not to keep you long and your appointment time will not be sacrificed however late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment times.
Our therapists will assist you in selecting creative Gifts, Products or Packages. Our Gift Cards are valid for 36 months.
