Spray Tan Instructions

+ Clothing
• Bring loose-fitting clothes to change into immediately after your spray tan
• No denim, no yoga pants, no tight bras or underwear
• Ideally, bring thongs or open shoes
+ Exfoliating * Please remember to exfoliate your hands too!
• We do not recommend any particular brand, but the exfoliator must be oil free and made from organic and natural ingredients
• Exfoliating mitt or actual exfoliator depends on your skin needs
+ Showering
• Shower, shave, and exfoliate at least 4 hours before your appointment to give your pores time to close to avoid discolouration
• If you must shower right before your appointment , finish off with a cold rinse to close those pores.
+ NO Moisturising
• Come to your appointment with clean skin, this also means don't wash your hair or use conditioner as this can leave a film on your skin.
• NO deodorant

DO'S & DON'TS after spray tan 😊
We recommend 1-2hrs before showering with washing palms / hands after 15 mins and face after 30mins. For a darker tan you can leave up to 3 hrs.
When you have first shower, it's essential that you have a light rinse. You need to wash thoroughly enough to make sure you've washed all the bronzer off. Wash so that the water runs clear.
Do NOT wash your hair! If you want to use a soap or body wash you can, but it MUST be tan friendly.
Even though you wash the bronzer off & it looks like your tan is gone the colour will continue to develop for up to 18-24 hours.
