The Avance Fractional Genesis uses a Q-Switch 1064nm ReGen laser to create controlled micro-channels in the dermis -- precise points of energy that trigger the skin's natural repair and regeneration response. Unlike ablative laser treatments that remove the surface layer of skin, the Genesis works in a non-ablative way: the surface remains intact while the deeper layers are stimulated.

This photo-acoustic approach allows the laser to work without significant heat damage. The skin's repair response generates new collagen and elastin over the weeks following treatment, gradually improving firmness, tone and texture. With each session in the course, these improvements compound.

The result over a course of treatments is smoother, tighter, more radiant skin -- and because there is no peeling or ablation, most clients return to normal activities straight away. The treatment is comfortable, relatively quick, and suitable for most skin types including darker tones.

Before: Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks before treatment. Arrive with clean skin, no active skin infections or open wounds. Disclose all current medications at your consultation. After: Daily SPF 50+ is essential. Avoid retinols, active exfoliants and direct sun for 5 to 7 days following each session. Avoid heat -- saunas, steam rooms or vigorous exercise -- for 48 hours.
