Relaxing Swedish Body Massage
Swedish massage uses a combination of long gliding strokes, gentle kneading and rhythmic techniques applied across the full body. The approach promotes deep muscular relaxation, improves circulation, and encourages the release of physical and mental tension accumulated through daily life.
Sessions are available in three durations to suit your schedule and goals. The 90-minute session provides the most comprehensive full-body coverage and is recommended for clients who carry significant tension or want a genuinely restorative experience. The 60-minute session covers the full body efficiently. The 30-minute session is ideal as a targeted or add-on treatment.
A focused session ideal for a quick reset or as an add-on to another treatment. Targets back, shoulders and neck or another area of priority. Best for clients with limited time or specific tension in one area.

Body Exfoliation
A professional body exfoliation treatment using a signature blend of natural ingredients hand-selected for your skin. Begins with your choice of aromatic blend, followed by a thorough creamy salt scrub applied across the body to remove dead skin cells, smooth texture and prepare the skin for deeper nourishment. Leaves skin immediately softer and more refined.
Aroma Nourishing Body Treatment
A deeply nourishing body treatment beginning with a creamy salt scrub exfoliation across the back, followed by soothing aromatic hot towels. Melted shea butter is then slowly massaged over the full body, absorbing into the skin to leave it velvety soft, deeply nourished and subtly scented. A sensory treatment that works as effectively as it feels.
Backcial (Back Facial)
A targeted facial treatment applied to the back -- deeply cleansing, exfoliating and purifying the skin on an area that is often neglected but prone to congestion, breakouts and roughness. Includes a clay mask and professional extractions where required. Optional add-ons include direct high frequency to soothe and clarify, or blue LED therapy to address active breakouts and scarring.

Hanakasumi Body Ritual
The Hanakasumi is a Sothys signature body ritual of Japanese inspiration -- a full sensory experience combining professional exfoliation, full-body massage and reflexology foot work in a single extended treatment.
The ritual begins with a full-body enzymatic peel using exfoliating gloves, gently removing dull skin cells and preparing the skin for deep absorption. A relaxing full-body massage follows using Sothys formulations infused with the delicate scent of cherry blossom and lotus -- nourishing, softening and deeply settling. The treatment concludes with a specific reflexology foot massage to complete the experience.
